Article 2 Use of this service

1. This service allows members to enjoy flights on charter aircraft (hereinafter referred to as ``charter flights'') operated by airlines affiliated with our company (hereinafter referred to as ``partner airlines'').This is the service you will be booking.

2. Members shall apply for reservations in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company. When applying for the preceding paragraph, the member confirms the information entered and the application details, presses the button to confirm the application, and when the Company receives the application, a contract regarding reservations, etc. will be established between the Member and the Company. 6. Our company provides this service to those who can communicate in Japanese or English. Therefore, those who do not fall under these categories may not be able to use all or part of this service. Additionally, some parts of the Service may not be available in English.

7. Members may cancel reservations for charter flights in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Please note that if we do not hear from you by the cancellation date specified by our company, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellation fees, etc. shall be determined in the cancellation policy.

8. Members guarantee that the information provided to the Company when using this service is accurate and complete.

9. Members may not use the Service in any manner other than those approved by the Company.

Article 3 Membership registration

Article 4 Monthly membership fee and app usage fee

1. This service requires a monthly membership fee of 100,000 yen.

2. You will be charged for use on the last day of each month.

Article 5 Contract period

1. Basically, there is no contract period.

2. If the Company does not notify us of the termination of the contract or cancel membership, the membership will be automatically renewed.

Article 6 ID and password

1. When a prospective member registers, we will issue an ID and password.

2. Members shall strictly manage and store their IDs and passwords, and shall not allow any third party to use them by lending, transferring, buying or selling, or in any other way.

3. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or disadvantage suffered by the Member due to insufficient management of the Member's ID or password.

4. If a member loses or forgets their ID or passwordIf you do so, or if you discover that they are being used by a third party, you will immediately notify the Company.

Article 7 Obligation to report changes to registered matters

2. Members shall indemnify and compensate for any damage caused to the Company due to their failure to make the changes set forth in the preceding paragraph. In addition, the Company will not be held responsible for any disadvantages caused to Members due to their failure to make changes.

3. The changes in Paragraph 1 apply only to the Service booked after the change, and changes to reservations for travel, etc. that have already been booked will need to be made separately.

Article 8 Explanation of transaction conditions

1. As an air transport agent, we act as an air transport agent for our partner airlines.We will act as your agent in concluding charter flight contracts and collecting fees.

2. Charter flight prices can be checked through the Service. Please note that charter flight fees may be changed or updated by us and our partner airlines from time to time.

Article 9 Precautions when using this service

1. Information related to the Service posted on the AIRC Site includes information provided by partner airlines. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of this information at all, unless otherwise specified or in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

2. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the AIRC Site and its content up to date, we do not guarantee that the AIRC Site is free of errors, defects, malware, or viruses.

3. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the AIRC Site, including damage caused by malware, viruses, or inaccuracy or incompleteness of information related to the Service posted on the AIRC Site, except for damage caused by our intentional or gross negligence. We are not responsible for any damage caused by (or unavailability of) this website.

4. Except for damages caused by our willfulness or gross negligence, our company shall not be liable for damage, delay or temporary disconnection of telecommunications, interruption or manipulation of telecommunications by a third party or computer program used for telecommunications, and the spread of viruses. 8. Our company provides this service.Interruption, suspension, termination, unavailability or change, deletion of member information, loss of registered data related to the use of this service, and other incidental damages, special damages, future damages, and lost profits incurred by members in connection with this service. Article 10 Cancellation/suspension of charter flights, etc.

1. Based on the judgment of our partner airlines, we will determine whether the charter flight will operate on that day by 4:00 p.m. on the day before the charter flight, and will notify the member whether the flight will be canceled, operated, or operated with conditions.

2. Depending on the situation on the day, the partner airline may, at its discretion, cancel, suspend, or change the destination of the charter flight due to weather, equipment malfunction, etc.

3. In addition to the preceding two paragraphs, the affiliated airline may cancel, suspend, or change the destination of the charter flight in accordance with the terms and conditions of carriage.

4. Our company may cancel or suspend this service without prior notice to members in the following cases: We shall not be held responsible for any damage suffered by members or third parties in such cases, regardless of the reason.

(1) When maintenance, inspection, repair, or change of the system of this service is performed regularly or urgently.

(2) If this service cannot be provided due to a disaster, power outage, natural disaster, or other force majeure.

(3) If our company determines that temporary suspension of this service is necessary for operational or technical reasons.

Article 11 Reservation requests, reservation changes, and cancellations for this service

1. We accept reservation requests 24 hours a day through this service, but please note that reservation requests will only be responded to from 10:00 to 17:00.

2. Please note that we may decline your reservation request depending on the number of reservations, helipad, helicopter, pilot, weather, etc.

3. This service is available to membersIf it becomes necessary to change or cancel the transportation service reserved through this service, the member shall carry out these procedures through this service, and the Company will process this in accordance with the member's procedures.

4. Changes or cancellations mentioned in the preceding paragraph may incur change fees, cancellation fees, penalties, etc., which members must bear in accordance with the cancellation policy. Members must be sure to check the cancellation policy before making changes or cancellations.

5. Even if there is no membership procedure, if a member's reservation or application violates the law or is otherwise inappropriate, the Company may change it. Even in this case, the member will not be exempt from the obligation to pay the amount stipulated in the preceding paragraph.

Article 12 Payment method etc.

1. Members shall pay usage fees for this service by credit card payment. Members shall comply with the terms and conditions set by credit card companies and payment service providers when making payments.

Article 13 Handling of personal information

1. The Company shall handle members' personal information in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" and the Company's Privacy Policy, and Members shall agree to this.

2. Our company may provide personal information to affiliated airlines, payment processors, credit card companies, etc. in order to provide this service to members and carry out various procedures.

3. The credit card information provided by the member at the time of reservation will be retained by the payment processor and not by the Company.

4. We use personal information only for the following purposes:

5. As a general rule, members can check, modify, or delete their registered information at any time on the AIRC site. Registration, deletion, or correction of personal information must be done by the member himself/herself. Changes to charter flight reservations should be made using our designated methods, such as contacting us via our service.

Article 15 Withdrawal

1. Members may withdraw from membership at any time by following the procedures prescribed by the Company. (The Company's acceptance of such withdrawal is hereinafter referred to as "Reception of Withdrawal.")

2. If the withdrawal request is made between the first day and the 20th of each month, the withdrawal will be effective on the last day of the month in which the withdrawal request date falls.

Members must not engage in any of the following acts when using this service. If the Company determines that a corresponding act has occurred, or if the Company deems it necessary, the Company may suspend or refuse to provide the Service to the member, and may suspend or deny the provision of the Service to the member without obtaining the member's prior consent. Article 17 Property rights of this service
