​Cancellation Policy

(1) If the flight is canceled due to bad weather
1. If the captain determines that the weather is unsuitable for the flight, there will be no cancellation fee.
2..In cases where it is difficult to judge the weather in advance and flight availability cannot be confirmed until the last minute, we may ask the customer for their wishes and intentions.​There will be no cancellation fee in this case either.

(2) Regarding cancellation fees

1. Cancellations due to customer circumstances (including sudden illness) will incur the following cancellation fee.

(1) If the cancellation date and time is on the same day, 100% of the estimated amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

(2) If the cancellation date and time is the day before, 100% of the estimated amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*The day before means contact by 16:00 on the day before the flight.

(3) If the cancellation date and time is 2 days ago, 50% of the estimated amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*2 days before means contact by 16:00 2 days before the flight.

(4) If the cancellation date and time is 3 days ago, 50% of the estimated amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

*3 days ago means contact by 16:00 3 days before the flight.

(5) If the cancellation date and time is 4 days in advance, there will be no cancellation fee.

*4 days in advance means contacting 16 temples 4 days before the flight.  

(6) If there is no notification of cancellation, 100% of the estimated amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

The above dates and times are based on the start date of the aircraft's journey. *6

2. If the aircraft is airlifted the day before due to early morning reservations, the start date of the transfer and the customer's boarding date may differ. In such cases, we will explain in advance.

3. If we do not contact you in advance and you are late for the meeting time, we will cancel your reservation without contacting you. *7

4. If the reservation details differ from the actual usage details (number of people, flight time, etc.), you may be charged a cancellation fee based on the reservation details. Also, we may not be able to accept changes without prior notice. *6 *8

(3) In cases where this cancellation policy is not followed or where various administrative (application) fees are listed in the same estimate.

1. A separate cancellation fee will be determined for special flight flights that require coordination with the airport office, etc.

2. If there are cancellation fees that are not covered by this cancellation policy, we will explain the details at the time of your request.

3. Off-field airfield application andThis cancellation policy does not apply to various application fees such as applications for flight within the control area.

*As a general rule, the full amount of various application fees will be billed at the time our company makes an application to a government agency, etc.

(4) Regarding preventing the spread of infectious diseases

1. Those who are suffering from the new coronavirus infection, seasonal influenza, etc., or those who fall under the category of close contact as determined by the government or local government will be refused boarding.

2. Please contact us as special measures may be possible, such as changing the reservation period or extending the reservation period.

3. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations that are not attributable to our company, even if they are not stipulated in this cancellation policy. *9

(5) Notes

*1 Changes due to customer convenience may only be made once. Requests for changes will be accepted from 9:00 to 15:00.
Please note that if your flight departs after 6:00 pm and you contact us after 6:00 pm on the day of your flight, we will not be able to accept your change request.

*2 If you cancel your reservation after the change due to customer circumstances, we will compare the cancellation notification dates before and after the change and determine if the cancellation fee will be higher.

*5 If take-off and landing arrangement fees and other expenses are incurred, the actual costs will be added to the cancellation fee regardless of the date of cancellation notification or whether or not a change reservation was made.

     

*6 Only some sectors of reservations that involve flight departures and takeoffs and landings at two or more locations will be canceled after the partner airline's aircraft has started moving (unless there is a delay in resembling at the local location).

(4) If the person is not listed in the list of appearances or the person is falsely listed.

(5) If you do not follow the instructions of the captain, ground staff, or employees of the partner airline.
