Please note that if we do not hear from you by the cancellation date specified by our company, a cancellation fee will be charged. Article 4 Monthly membership fee and app usage fee

Article 5 Contract period

Article 6 ID and password
1. When a prospective member registers, we will issue an ID and password.
2. Members shall strictly manage and store their IDs and passwords, and shall not allow any third party to use them by lending, transferring, buying or selling, or in any other way.
3. The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage or disadvantage suffered by the Member due to insufficient management of the Member's ID or password.

Article 8 Explanation of transaction conditions
1. As an air transport agent, we act as an air transport agent for our partner airlines.We will act as your agent in concluding charter flight contracts and collecting fees.

Article 9 Precautions when using this service

2. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the AIRC Site and its content up to date, we do not guarantee that the AIRC Site is free of errors, defects, malware, or viruses.
3. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the AIRC Site, including damage caused by malware, viruses, or inaccuracy or incompleteness of information related to the Service posted on the AIRC Site, except for damage caused by our intentional or gross negligence. We are not responsible for any damage caused by (or unavailability of) this website.
4. Article 10 Cancellation/suspension of charter flights, etc.
1. Based on the judgment of our partner airlines, we will determine whether the charter flight will operate on that day by 4:00 p.m. on the day before the charter flight, and will notify the member whether the flight will be canceled, operated, or operated with conditions.
2. Depending on the situation on the day, the partner airline may, at its discretion, cancel, suspend, or change the destination of the charter flight due to weather, equipment malfunction, etc.

4. Our company may cancel or suspend this service without prior notice to members in the following cases: We shall not be held responsible for any damage suffered by members or third parties in such cases, regardless of the reason.

Article 11 Reservation requests, reservation changes, and cancellations for this service
1. We accept reservation requests 24 hours a day through this service, but please note that reservation requests will only be responded to from 10:00 to 17:00.

Article 12 Payment method etc.
